Registration Application Instructions
  1. Before you submit your registration, please check that all fields and check boxes are completed and correct. This is the information that we will use to administer the course and any incorrect or uncompleted data will complicate the registration process. All the information we request is necessary for our recordkeeping.
  2. The term "individual" refers to those who will themselves pay the 50% of the cost of the course upfront, which will be reimbursed upon timely completion of the course. If you want to register as an individual, but are currently teaching at a school district, please fill out school and district information anyway for our records.
  3. If you are not currently teaching, please put "NA" for fields pertaining to school or district information.
  4. Completing the registration form does NOT register you for a scholarship. In order to apply for the scholarship, you must print out the scholarship application, complete it and then mail or fax it in to our office.

Communication with Texas A&M Online Certification Prep Course personnel
I understand that I need to communicate any difficulties that interfere with course progress with the Texas A&M Online Certification Prep Course personnel (instructor, program coordinator, or other office personnel) in a timely manner. If I decide to withdraw from the class, or request to transfer to a different section/date, I need to contact the program personnel. Withdrawal from the class is permitted up to the end of Lesson 1 with no consequences for me or my school district. Any monies that have been paid before the end of Lesson 1 will be refunded. If I participate in any activities after Lesson 1, then either I or the school district will be responsible for the cost of the course.
Intention to complete course on or before closing date
It is my intention to complete all the course work for the Online Bilingual Certification Test Prep Course on or before the set completion deadline of the course. I understand that completion of the course includes completion of the End of Course Survey found in the Assessment Tool of the Online Course.
